Hmm, never heard of the brand "Manli".

Manli is a popular brand here in my country. They are cheaper than big name NVIDIA AIBs (MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte) and have a good customer support.

Starting from 2011 they are owned by PCPartner (Zotac, Sapphire), so a decent brand to say the least.
