Patriot Viper brought new gaming peripherals to Computex, with the new Viper V765 mechanical gaming keyboard, and the Viper V551 gaming mouse. The Viper V765 is positioned bang in the middle of the Viper V760 RGB, and the flagship Viper V770. It features a conventional 104-key layout, and retains the mechanical volume rocker, besides four membrane multimedia buttons. The boxy design of the V770 makes way for a more slick, polygonal design, with a blend of "aerospace-grade" aluminium and rubberized plastic cladding. Under the hood is Kailh Red switches, and 16.8 million-color RGB LED backlighting. The Viper V551 is a small step up from the V530. It features an ambidextrous design, an 7-button layout with onboard storage for up to 8 macro profiles, and a silicone diffuser along the bottom half, with 16.8 million-color RGB LED lighting. Under the hood is a 6,200 dpi optical sensor.
