Creative Technology today announced the launch of the follow-up to the critically-acclaimed Creative SXFI AMP - the Creative SXFI AIR series. Comprising the SXFI AIR and SXFI AIR C, these are the very first headphones featuring built-in Super X-Fi technology, the game-changer which has captured the imagination of users by delivering the listening experience of a high-end multi-speaker system, simply through a pair of headphones.

if you can afford $150 you probably should be buying the Sennheiser HD58X and a cheap $8 desktop mic from walmart.

I agree with the sentiment of your post, but the HD58X is actually about the same price ...

A blind test of the two headphones with no extras would be the thing to do. Maybe TPU can do that for us.

I won't get into the "benefit" or not of tube amps and external DACs.

It all about the DSP algo, their app and per person individual config via app.

There will be a usb dongle later, attaching anything you want.
