Actually Molex is the company that makes those connectors, they also make 24-pin ATX, PEG, and a lot more. But yeah, Big 4-pin doesn't sound very professional.

I dunno, the LED placement seems to obstruct air flow. I wouldn't expect very high performance out of it.
