TechPowerUp today released the latest version of GPU-Z, the lightweight graphics subsystem information and diagnostic utility no PC enthusiast can leave home without. Version 2.22.0 arrives just in time for the hot July hardware launch season, with support for AMD Radeon "Navi" RX 5700 XT and RX 5700, and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 20 Super GPUs, namely the RTX 2060 Super, RTX 2070 Super, and RTX 2080 Super. Other new GPUs supported include the Tesla T4, Quadro T2000 Mobile, and the AMD FirePro S7150, and ATI FireStream 9250.
Support is also added for the new PCI-Express gen 4.0 bus, the ability to detect GPUs that can take advantage of it, and the ability to saturate it from idle states. Among the feature updates is a notification that tells you if the current version of GPU-Z doesn't recognize the your GPU, with an option to validate it to our database, so we could improve GPU-Z for you. GPU-Z can also be made to use an INI file to store its configuration instead of the Windows Registry, making it truly portable. Support for the AMD SOC temperature sensor has been added.
