I think they should have stuck with continuing their Raven series ITX cases instead. I mean, RVZ03 is pretty great and nearly everyone gave glowing recommendations (no tempered glass, but I got over it pretty quickly once I knew thermals were really decent), but there's still room for improvement cooling and accessibility-wise. This thing? It looks more like a showpiece or a costly experiment. Are they trying to re-invent the wheel here or am I missing something here? Ahh, maybe it's the Mini-DTX support! How many motherboards use that exact form factor? Yeah, thought so.
We enchange that for only dual-slot graphics card support? Really? It's a pretty large case, surely there could have been some adjustments made to incorporate another slot. 2.5 and 3 slot GPUs exist, deal with it. Hell, I own one, and for someone who can afford getting this case, surely has a beefy GPU as well. Is having Mini-DTX support and tall cube design the only reasons for someone to buy it? Probably.
Looking at the case parts closer, the frame looks like a re-tooled frankenstein from other cases they released previously. With a similar build quality. Which is a bad thing for a case that costs over $100 a pop. What exactly are people paying for here?
Maybe they just wanted to release something new considering everyone else is mostly rehashing the same case design by adding whatever is the "new" fad or remove something and then add it back to the next line of cases and say "look, look everyone we added something new, give us money" (nearly every case manufacturer is guilty of this). I'll admit it's something a bit more unique if we go by comparisons of recently released cases, but the only thing that makes it stand out the most is the price, and that "edgy gamery aesthetic" everyone loves.
Just gonna wait for cases like the A4-SFX and the NCase M1 with a similar feature set to become more affordable for the average Joe. Which is going to happen at some point, won't it? I won't be holding my breath for too long though.
Time for some reviewer to rip this case apart or at least tell about better cases on the market that you can get. Sorry, Silverstone. But this isn't your best showing. Regardless, I can respect the effort they put in anyway, at least they tried.
