The DM2 Supreme is the new version of Dream Machines' DM2 series of right-handed ergonomic mice. While the shape remains unchanged, the internals have received an upgrade: Huano switches for the main buttons, an ultra-flexible cable, and PixArt's PMW3389 sensor.

The mouse design is basically a copy of the Mionix Naos (3200, 5000, 7000, 8200, QG) line. https://www.techpowerup.com/review/mionix-naos-qg/3.html It even copies the Mionix logo around the optical sensor. The major difference is the internal components.

With the exception of Naos 7000 I've been using them for the past 8+ years and the only issue I've had is the rubberized coating gets sticky over time.

Naos coating was pleasant but got destroyed after about 2 years of serious use. A few years ago I replaced my second Naos with the Cooler Master MM520 which was a better fit for my 17.5x9 hand, palm/fingertip grip, a more comfortable weight (around 95g), but unfortunately it got discontinued.

Dream Machines made another version of this mouse called Comfy S, with different sensor (3360, which funny enough is the same as the MM520, so not that new). I don't have complaints on this sensor, but I wonder if the buttons have been upgraded as well. I do have a random bug with the scrollwheel and not sure what to do.
I would really love that someone makes an upgraded higher end MM520.
