Sorry didn't bother checking performance reviews... the build exterior put me off. Looks like something form the transformer-90's with a mesh front face-lift. Too toyish for me or am I lost in translation by some positive standard?

Their abysmal customer support and year long RMAs should be enough to drive off any customers. Couple that with the horrible RGB software that also controls the speed of the fans with no fan curve options what so ever.

Ugh, 15-year old aesthetic and tempered glass don't mix well. Does anyone actually find this case attractive?

Apologies to @Darksaber , I'm not reading a review on something that's so unbelievably ugly that I can't imagine any reasonable person being interested in buying it.

If you are going to make a case look industrial give it some decent features. Don't just take chunks out of it with the ugly stick.
Where's the USB-C ports, built in Wireless Charging, Wi-Fi and BlueTooth?
Why aren't these a thing on mid-high teir cases yet?

Thermaltake are cheapskates, and USB-C ports cost more than the absolute bare minimum, so it's not as profitable for them.

Wired connections are obviously best, but I actually think you're onto something there. Having a large dual-band Wi-Fi antenna like laptops integrated into the plastic fascias on cases would actually make Wi-Fi usable. These tiny little USB Wi-Fi adapters are rubbish when it comes to signal strength and having bluetooth on a gaming rig isn't stupid - PS4 and XBOne controllers, VR nunchucks and mice/keyboards all connect via bluetooth and whilst we take it for granted in phones, laptops, and pretty much every other wireless thing on the market, desktops not having BT by default is pretty frickin' dumb.

I'd have to agree with you on that one big time. I use Bluetooth wireless headphones all the time for general purpose listening on my computer. Yes, I know... the audiophiles will yell at me about how Bluetooth audio is inferior and I'd have to agree but when I weigh the convenience of not having a damn wire to trip on, I'll put up with slightly inferior audio quality.

Yeah, I wear bluetooth headphones for watching TV whilst I'm on the cycle rollers (they're noisy). BT is about convenience at adequate sound quality and my inexpensive Amazon headphones sound good enough that I'm not distracted by the low audio quality.
