SilverStone today introduced the ET-MG line of upper-mid range PSUs. Available in 500 W (ET-500MG) and 600 W (ET-600MG) variants, these PSUs offer full modular cabling, with cables for a premium single-GPU gaming PC build. Under the hood, the ET-MG series features a single +12 V rail design with 80 Plus Gold efficiency, 100% Japanese capacitors, and most common electric protections (against over/under-voltage, overload, overheat, and short-circuit). Interestingly, both models offer two 4+4-pin EPS connectors; and two 6+2 pin PCIe power connectors. While the 600 W model offers eight SATA power connectors, the 500 W model offers four. Both PSUs use a 135 mm fan that offers 18 dBA noise output under typical load. Both include flat black modular cables. The company didn't reveal pricing.
