On page 2 (Pictures & Teardown), it looks like the thermal pads over the memory modules still have their plastic protective cover on them - was this the case? Or are the thermal pads just designed to be like that?

Hm my card is running at 89 degrees with a hotspot at 102 with fans at 3040 rpm :/ and I jsut replaced thermal pastee and cleaned the card, was instantly spiking to 85 under and load before. Guess I just got bad silicon isnce it also only runs at 1545-1680 Mhz
