The Team Group T-Create Expert is a high-capacity memory kit available in a 3600 MHz specification with a low-profile design and 10-layer PCB for extra stability. This sensible design combined with great performance could be the perfect workstation memory kit.

High default TRFC latency? Should be no other reason why latency on AMD is so high.

Maybe its the board.. MSI currently trains 350ns 16GB Micron ranks as 550ns for whatever reason.

The XMP profile is likely 630 per 3600 MT/S (Can confirm with Burner in information page), but your board is forcing 991 per 3600 MT/s.

Micron B 16GB IS a 350ns default. Hynix 16GB dies are 550ns with optional 350/450ns modes. Samsung 16GB A die seems to be 550ns on JEDEC
