An interesting little unit! What you're saying about USB-C PD is inaccurate though - that standard goes up to 5A, not 3A, and so could easily power this unit if they wanted to go that route. 3A chargers and cables are far more common, but the standard is built for up to 100W/20V5A power delivery. This seems like a cost thing more than anything else. I'd also love to see a USB-C display input, though again that would probably increase costs.
