That's not a heatsink on the Bluetooth chip, it's an RF cap to reduce potential EMI issues. Very common on various modules like this and it makes it impossible to tell what's underneath it.
However, the thing supposedly supports aptX, so it has to be a CSR/Qualcomm chip of some kind.
