CyberLink Corp. a pioneer of AI and facial recognition technologies, will showcase several new, cutting-edge applications of its market-leading solution, FaceMe, at CES 2022 in Las Vegas. Learn how FaceMe can be deployed across use cases covering security, access control, health & safety, contactless payment, identity verification, visitor analytics, and more at booth #9543, North Hall, in the Las Vegas Convention Center, January 4-8, 2022.

FaceMe offers a broad and growing set of features and tools powered by CyberLink's highly ranked AI facial recognition engine. It is at the forefront of biometric solutions with innovation that pushes standards for accuracy, performance, security, and flexibility across a wide range of industries. Since the launch of FaceMe in late 2018, CyberLink has collaborated with over a hundred global partners, including hardware makers, solution providers, and system integrators, deploying its technology across multiple scenarios.

FaceMe is one of the world's top facial recognition engines. Powered by deep learning and neural networks, its edge-based, optimized architecture delivers very precise biometric data in a few milliseconds, runs cross-platform, and supports a variety of hardware configurations. FaceMe detects faces on live feeds or recorded videos to identify people and measure attributes such as age, gender, facial expression, and face orientation. It yielded up to 99.82% accuracy over the Labeled Faces in the Wild (LFW) database and ranked in the top 10 among all participants in FRVT 1:1 (WILD 1E-4), the Face Recognition Vendor Test (FRVT) conducted by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). FaceMe offers cross-platform capabilities on Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS for a variety of edge devices and hardware configurations, such as security systems, retail store cameras, smart doorbells, body cameras, and service robots.

"Over the past year, we have continued to innovate and improve FaceMe, our facial recognition technology, making it one of the most accurate and secure solutions in the market today," said Dr. Jau Huang, CyberLink's founder and CEO. "Our CES booth will showcase the latest improvements to FaceMe Security and the FaceMe SDK, together with exciting new applications developed by key business partners."

CyberLink is inviting CES visitors to stop by its booth to experience FaceMe and solutions from Ordyx, CyberSoft, and OnDisplay IO. Ordyx will introduce a complete POS system accessed by facial recognition for both cashiers and opted-in customers who desire to pay using their faces. CyberSoft will showcase a real-time visitor statistics dashboard powered by FaceMe. OnDisplay IO will present its FaceScan thermal temperature scanner solution, along with exciting new technology for ID card recognition and verification.

Meet the FaceMe team and find out about the latest developments in AI and facial recognition. Check out the demo stations and experience the technology applied to key use cases at booth #9543, North Hall, in the Las Vegas Convention Center.

FaceMe is optimized to run across hardware configurations, from high-end workstations to low-power chipsets frequently used in IoT and AIoT devices. It is the most versatile and adaptable offering on the market today. FaceMe provides solution builders and system integrators a fast, reliable, extremely precise and flexible facial recognition technology that can be deployed across a number of scenarios, including security, access control, public safety, fintech, smart retail and home protection.

deploying its technology across multiple scenarios.

I am again its use for the most part. Its use by government agencies to spy on everyone is what I detest most.

Its not like you can opt-out of being scanned, but you can buy anti-surveillance face shields.
