Might as well have made it non-rgb if your tubes block the lights... And I still don't get why they include rgb on the block but not on the fans... This isn't some small 240mm AIO meant for SFF...

Likely due to increased cost. I mean come on most ARGB fan equipped 240 mm AIOs are now pushing $180 to $250. 360 mm units with fancy lights and features cost even more. Seems the product released by Zalman was built to hit a certain price point so ARGB fans were cut to facilitate that.

My problem with a product like this is that despite even its value pricing, it still seems like you should just buy a Thermalright or Noctua instead for same performance and less worries. (Bear in mind though this is coming from a guy who would just pull an Iwaki MD20Z and heatercore out of the closet from yesteryear if ever interested in WCing again.)

If you are from EU do not buy Zalman, they have no support for the region.

Those prices are for the "premium" AIO's, with companies such as NZXT or Corsair having a premium tax, along with some fancy screen and expensive Asetek pumps. I've seen plenty of AIO's without the stupid premium tax, such as Fractal, Coolermaster, Arctic, etc. Given Zalman isn't quite a premium brand I think it's quite reasonable to equip fans with some leds at similar price, it's a few bucks more expensive to create at best.

True but Zalman is standing behind the unit with a 5 year warranty not the typical 2-3 years seen on other non premium tax brands.
