Significantly faster than RTX 3090 non-Ti seems like an overstatement.

I bought this exact card and I can assure you the thermal pads on the vram are not 2mm thick. With a feeler gauge I measure about a 3,3mm gap between top of vram module and cooler. The stock thermal pads are very very soft and measure about 4-5mm.
