The ambidextrous TUF M4 Air is the first ASUS mouse to feature externally visible holes. The result is a weight of just 49 g. Equipped with PixArt's PAW3335 sensor, pure PTFE feet, and a flexible, paracord-like cable, the M4 Air goes for very competitive $49.99.

Interesting, but after I used Xtrfy M42 for a while, I discovered that I don't like holes/patterns on the sides.

@pzogel this is the first mouse review you have done since the roccat $29 burst core that I have wanted to buy. if I had not bought the burst core already I would have spent the extra 20 for this instead. damnit.

I always wanted to try this open air design too

I see more and more of these swiss chees mice, aren't they a mess to keep clean?

I have a mouse like that for ~4 months now, bought it in January and I was wondering the same before but I thought I would give it a try.
To my surprise its not getting that dirty, inside part that is and the outside part is all the same.
Just wipe it every now and then with a sponge and then clean it.

Inside parts so far I managed to clean it with an old smaller brush, its mainly dust that builds up anyway.
Do note that it might be user dependant too, my hands luckily don't sweat that much anymore since I lost weight and I also don't really eat at my PC or even if I do I'm being careful with it.

I needed some time to get used to the much lower weight '~65g' than my previous mouses but now I'm used to it, I think I'm gonna stay with this design in the future.

Benchmark Scores I once clocked a Celeron-300A to 564MHz on an Abit BE6 and it scored over 9000.
I'm hoping Microsoft puts in a way to block applications that forcibly run themselves by pretending to be device drivers and abusing the automatic driver installation model.

Armory crate is disgusting bloatware and I don't know anyone who doesn't loathe it, let alone dislike the insidious way it arrives on their system.
