Phanteks Announces All-White AMP 1000 W Power Supply

Phanteks welcomes the all-white 1000 W power supply to the AMP Series, an ultra-high efficiency, 80 PLUS Gold Certified power supply that is perfectly capable of driving high-end systems with new-gen power-hungry GPUs. The power supply provides high efficient 1000 wattages in a 140 mm housing for a compact design and comes with modular, white, flat power cables to make installation easy and clean. The AMP series features a Hybrid Silent Fan Control that achieves optimal cooling with temperature-controlled fan speed and fan-less mode for silent performance.

The AMP series is also Revolt Pro-Link certified to provide 100% compatibility, reliability, and stability to work directly with the Revolt Pro expandable PSU allowing you to increase your power output. The Phanteks AMP 1000 W 80 PLUS GOLD White Edition power supply comes with a 10-year warranty and will be available to purchase in May for 159.90 EUR / 159.99 USD.

Seasonic was the OEM for the other AMP models and this looks like it could be a white Seasonic Focus

Yeah, it screams Seasonic Focus line of unit, although I'm not sure which Focus it's exactly based on. Probably the old Focus Plus Gold as it has direct integration with their Revolt line of PSUs, which also used that platform.

Yeah, it does look nice from a design perspective. All white so fitting the white theme mostly properly. Price is OK, but you can probably leave the looks of the PSU behind and buy a bit better unit though. Those older Focus units were known to be a bit lackluster in transient loads. Nothing actually too bad though, pathetic Linus Tech Tips PSU cultists make a fuss out of every PSU that is not good in every load tester testing condition...

Agreed. I like the white colour. I'm currently shopping around for components for an all or mostly white build. This will fit nicely!

IF I build it. I love my current case(CoolerMaster HAF XB-EVO) and haven't found anything, in white, that compares to it's utility.
