Seems pretty normal for those speeds and timings.
I seem to remember reading somewhere that DDR5 (in general) was supposed to have slightly reduced voltages as compared to DDR4, like maybe 1.1-1.3v.... so yea, this one seems high to me also IMO :)

Those voltages, hmm. Too high, no?
Until now Kingston fury beast offered 6000 mt/s with cl40 using 1,35v. This fury renegade reaches 6000 mt/s cl32 using the same voltage, the die is improving. Maybe after 1-2 years the same voltage could reach 7500-8000 mt/s, but right now that’s it, at least if we don’t want to pay 400 eur/usd for 32gb.

Simplified DDR4 voltage minus 0,1v, so IMO normal or at least expected at this early stage of DDR5.

No. But at 1.45V+ you'll need a fan or some good case air flow. Assuming these are SK Hyinx, the spec sheet says 1.5v for maximum voltage.

That's for JEDEC spec ram 4800 MT is 1.1V.
