Sony's newest PlayStation port comes with modernized graphics vs the PS4 version, especially 'The Lost Legacy' looks surprisingly good in 2022, although it's based on a 2017 game. The game's FPS is very scene dependent. I had many troubles with the game dropping to 35 FPS depending on which scene I was in despite my RTX 3060 Ti. The second part, Lost Legacy especially. Just expect wild swings in frame rate

I have the impression that if the 6950XT were in this test, it would be above 4090 in FHD.

My wife got this game over the weekend and has been playing it before work. Pretty good looking game considering it is an older port. She's got 5800x and 6900xt and easily max's the game at 4K just like in this review.

CPU limitation is too high with the Ryzen 5800X (in higher resolutions too).

You can't see the full potential of GPUs like RTX 4090.

Really, anyone buying the 4090 for anything below 1440p is wasting their money.

Looking forward to try it myself, seems like fairly reasonable requirements for 4k, including DLSS and FSR at version 2.1 is extremely welcome too, I want to see all the upscales in all the games.

Same for me on a 3080 and it's really noticeable because it stutters like crazy going from 150+ to 60-70 randomly just after the cut scenes

You have CPU Bottleneck with RTX 4090 ..... (same FPS in FHD and 2K)

You'd gain 10% at best by going to a 13900K. The 4090 just has too much driver overhead at lower resolutions.

Seen many people saying it looks crap. I disagree. Mostly 110+fps in 4k with dlss on quality with a 3090. Looks good, runs even better. TLL is a fantastic game. Shame you cant really appreciate 4 to the max without playing the first 3. Absolutely stoked to finally be able to play these on pc at max res and fps, never thought this day would come. I might be slightly biased though as my oldest kids name is Drake and his younger brother is Sullivan

Downscaling is where its really at. This was native 800x600 with DLSS in ultra perf mode so its literally 267x167 or something like that... Still looks alright lmao

Gorgeous screenshots dude! never playerd these games at all, only evcer played Uncharted 2 in the last but much enjoyed it and am looking forward to the full fat PC experience here.

And you're not wrong, at times DLSS really does feel like black magic, native 800x600 with DLSS UP mode that really doesn't look nearly as bad as the input resolution would suggest.

Just finished the first game with only one crash throughout the game. Great port overall, but I have to adjust down some settings as my GPU is pretty old and in-game graphics are quite taxing, in line with the gorgeous visual.

I saw that this game received an underwhelming response from steam statistics. Most people said because it's the fourth and fifth games and people were looking to play from the beginning of the saga (and yet they have no trouble playing God of War?). They probably didn't know that chronologically speaking, UC4 should be played first since it has the furthest flashback into Nate's childhood.

For me this game is a good deal. Great price for two games, great port, great graphics, great gameplay and story.
FWI, I platinumed both games before on PS4Pro.

Is it like a Tomb Raider or around that genre? Never played the Uncharted but I heard it is pretty cool game.
The up-scaled is a little bit blurry. To low res though.

Nice, hoping for around 110fps too on my 3080ti with DLSS. Will make better use of the 144hz monitor than A Plague Tale: Requiem did with its 70-80fps

While I could get plus 144 fps with this game it also struggled at some area and I even had ctd's. So I capped the game at 120 fps and it runs smoothly, unlike my ability to dodge grenades apparently.
