3060ti 0% Usage

Good night, I have been facing some problems with my 3060ti, the gpu usage goes to 0% causing fast freezing in several games like apex and warzone cod, causing micro stutter, a few times on Albion online the game crashed and the screen went black.

config: 3060ti gigabyte
i5 10400f
16gb t-force ram
psu: azza 650w bronze

Give us complete detailed specific system specs, to include room temperature and hwinfo64 screenshot of cpu and gpu temperatures.

Looks like (from the screenshot) the driver for NVIDIA RTX 3060 Ti is off or not installed. Look at device manager under display adapter what it says and install/start the driver.
Driver location, just choose your card and windows: _here_ .

I installed the drivers by geforce experience

Oh ok then, update HWInfo64, 7.06 is out and better suited for newer systems and cards...
If we go by the known rule for cheap/unknown power supplies, it's advertised wattage divided by two. So it just might be the power supply.
Can you test your system with another power supply?

That's tough; but it's either that or constant nagging errors in your favourite games... quite unfortunate. You can tell them exactly where it happens and they should be quick to test it with different power supplies and then it'll be solved hopefully.

Interesting; it could mean that either the connection to the PSU isn't good or the voltage isn't in spec (PSU's fault); could be too much electrical noise on the line...
