$100 would be a solid recommendation, but $125 is fantasy land.

Thanks for the review, but this is one of the least interesting, most generic cases on the market. Of all the crazy, innovative, different, interesting, niche cases Silverstone could sample you for review, they send the Yawnfest FARA ZZ2Z....

It's a basic $60 chassis, with the USB-C upgrade and some ARGB that really shouldn't cost more than $100. TPU has already reviewed several extremely similar cases to this.

It's a basic $60 chassis, with the USB-C upgrade and some ARGB that really shouldn't cost more than $100. TPU has already reviewed several extremely similar cases to this.

The Montech Air X comes to mind right away.

For $125 they should have filled her up with x6 RGB/ARGB fans since theres a pretty strong consumer base for 360 lighting effects. Its a nice case with the vertical 4-slot GPU mount option and the top front linear lighting effect but overall nothing special.

Silverstone if you're listening... you gotto be more competitive with these types of universally adopted offerings.

Whilst the pricing is a bit naff, I can appreciate the understated look, the quite functional design and most importantly, how compact the case is.

Would have liked to have seen a ventilated PSU cover personally to improve GPU access to air, and the rear have a smaller CPU cutout in return for 2x3.5", but even with the $125 price, there's still a lot to like here IMO.

Ah. In this case it's not just the same design philosophy, it's ACTUALLY the same product out of the same factory from the same tooling. All that has changed is the plastic facia and the company distributing/selling it.

The FARA 512Z has been selling below $110 for at least a couple of months now. Not sure why this wasn't updated in the article!
