Performs pretty well considering the fairly loose main timings. Would be interesting to compare these, with the non-α Teamgroup Delta 6000 38CAS kit and see how much EXPO is helping performance with the difference in sub-timings.

One thing I gathered from this review is that if I want my GSKILL kit to run at its rated 6000 EXPO speed, then I need to ditch my X670E Hero and buy a Gigabyte board

The Master is pretty good for memory, which is why I use it. Can do 128GB DDR5-4800 and 6400 on a older BIOS when higher voltage was allowed.

Only have one Samsung kit and it's not GSKIll, so I can't test comparability. DDR5-6000 (Samsung) Corsair Vengeance works fine for me with that ASUS Hero.

So strange.... Ah well, it's a good thing I can still return the Hero. I just might do that. Return the 7700X as well. Maybe I'll try AM5 again once the platform is a bit more mature.

Yay, another RAM snoozefest.

Wake me up in a year or two if DDR5 timings and frequencies actually start to matter in normal workloads and not just fringe cases.

At least they look cool.

Yeah, the importance of timings seems pretty random even in the same game depending on graphics settings. Looks like on AMD, all you need to do is just go for the cheapest 6000 ram you can get.
