So those plastic shrouds covering good chunk of fins doenst help with cooling(MSI Ventus 4060Ti is probably the worst offender here with good chunk of rear slot being covered by plastic shroud blocking horizontal fins). Looks like malicisious engineering on smaller cards(and cheaper in many cases) to push users towards more expensive SKUs(lazily engineered).
