I bought this video card, but the fans do not stop in it in idle time. What BIOS version did the video card have in the review? I wrote to the manufacturer, but he ignores, writes that the fans should always rotate from 30% in idle time and above under load. 30% is 1265 revolutions per minute

There are some people, like myself, who prefer that the fans are always on. For example, my GPU fans are custom set to always run at 50%.

That's cool. Not everyone is the same. This is why I think AIBs should be building customizations into the card settings.
