You have mistake(s) in "Circuit Board (PCB) Analysis" section. Look at the GPU/Memory voltage stuff. Both single phase aka copy/pasted. Also flipped.

Disappointing. With "Quiet" BIOS this GPU has a minimum of 940 RPM while the 4070 Ti and 4090 have about 600 RPM minimum. No respect for the user at the low end.
