@ir_cow, 40 mm for "Low Profile" is questionable, I liked that. My G. Skill Trident Z5 is 42mm and the heat spreader does a really good work despite the 1,40v.

If you push enough voltage yes. I'll have to get a thermal probe on again and find out exactly. Considering the DRAM, thermal sensor is right next to it, Im thinking the PMIC must get somewhat toasty.
