I would pick the BenQ purely for the fact that they have better customer/aftersales support than LG and Asus.

Asus have really fallen from grace and they honestly dgaf anymore because they are the biggest fish in the pond and too big to fail.

Not to mention the BenQ is considerably cheaper.

However, I like LG monitors, but it only has a 1 year warranty (as do most Samsungs).

Having said that, the BenQ is a "no-go" for me because the stand does not support height adjustment - a must in my book. The ASUS does not support height adjustment either. :(

So I would probably go with the LG if those were my only options. Other wise, I would do more research and look for alternatives.

or you can suggest me a better model than these 3?
That depends. What is your budget? What features do you need and/or want? As I noted, I must have height adjustment. I do NOT want integrated speakers (I already have good computer speakers - no need to waste money on built in speakers that take up space). I also don't need integrated USB ports but many users like them.

And in what country do you live? Where you live matters because not all brands or models are available everywhere.

BTW, I agree that ASUS customer service is disappointing but on the other hand they do make good products so odds are, you would never need it. That said, not sure there is any maker known for outstanding after sales support.

Providing such service is a pure, profit consuming money pit so they don't tend to put much in the way of resources (time, money, training, facilities, etc.) in support services.
