This isn’t a bad keyboard, but it’s a problem in search of a solution. Anyone interested in hardcore FPS will look to Hall switches with RT, or at the very least will go optical. Such a person would also not be interested in wireless. Keyboard enthusiasts are out since none of them cares about Alienware as a brand and will either build their own, or at least go to a barebones from, say, Akko and continue from there. And any “normie” who just wants a wireless mech keeb won’t spend 200 bucks when there are better options for less, like what Nuphy offers.
So, uh, congrats AW, you made something decent that nobody sane would get. Hurray?

too expensive for what it is ... more than half the price and i got my current Endorfy Thock 75% (even if i factor in the cost of the keycap/switch puller i bought separately )
sure it's decent ... but 200? nah hard pass.

tho i dig that receiver "slot" ... (well the Thock 75% has a magnetic holder for the receiver ... not too bad )

pretty much that ... (aside Hall switches ... i love my Kailh Box Black even for FPS they do great ) i wouldn't say i am a "normie" when it come to keyboards ... but i love to have options when it come to connection and BT/RF/wired is nice to have

Nah, you can play on pretty much whatever, hell, I use Cherry Blacks and do fine. But they started throwing around e-sports slang in press materials for this keyboard, going on about their partnership with Liquid and yeah, if we are talking people THAT into FPS, people grinding Kovaaks before their ranked games of CS/Valorant/CoD/Chex Quest/Hello Kitty/whatever, then those are the people who would look for every conceivable edge, however irrelevant in practice it would be. And Rapid Trigger mode on HE switches is absolutely that edge. So I feel like this product spent way too long in development and now the market has just left it behind. Hell, I mentioned Akko and these days they have HE semi-custom models for less than this goes for. With an 8000Hz polling for that extra oomph even. It even has a customizable knob.
So yeah, this thing would have to be AT LEAST 50% cheaper to be an option.

Every time I read a MB review Lament the fact that no one tries to replace the Logitech G510. This focus on keys instead of features is very frustrating to someone like me.

My uncle was one form these "dudes" who just adores his son and bought him $200 wireless mini corsair, just "there isn't much space on poor guy's desktop", lmfao. Wasted $200, you need to hit Fn every damn time to get done plain things, lol

BEWARE! AWCC (driver of this keyboard) NOT COMPATIBLE with older Alienware Computers

If you have any computer that still runs AWCC 5.x, you will NOT BE ABLE to install AWCC 6, which is the required version for the Pro mouse and Pro keyboard.

The most astonishing part is that Dell did not even create a standalone version of AWCC for these peripherals. So, it is IMPOSSIBLE to install it on any Alienware/Dell Gaming PC that doesn't support AWCC 6.

Even non-Dell computers can have the driver, but not Alienware users… What a shame! Completely deceptive and unbelievable.

Dell has implicitly admitted that the mouse (and the keyboard) presents a defect of conformity (France / EU laws). I have been in communication with them for several months, with plenty of evidence to support my case.

This is even worse than what Apple does. This is true planned obsolescence.
