If you mean by that “no Bluetooth wireless”, then it’s expected. BT is terrible for high performance mice. It can barely do 500 Hz polling reliably, most mice are 250.Dongle = DOA/auto no buy

I used a Razer mouse for work, even at 125 Hz, there's a very noticeable difference when using BT vs using the dongle. There's extra jitter and skipping when on BT. I got so annoyed I swapped in the dongle after that. This is on a 60 Hz work monitor!
