In addition to new PC cases, Phanteks brought several new cooling products to the Computex 2024 show, including a whole new NEXLINQ cooling system, Glacier EZ-Fit series of liquid cooling components and kits, as well as a rather interesting fan prototype that will hopefully find its way to the market.

The big part of the Phanteks showcase was the NEXLINQ, a set of cooling components, or an ecosystem as Phanteks likes to describe it, which includes the M25 G2 fans, Glacier One M25 G2 AIO, and a NEXLINQ Hub. The NEXLINQ and components will feature support for the whole new LINQ-6 connector that will be able to provide both power and D-RGB lighting to the fans.

The new M25 G2 fans in the NEXLINQ ecosystem will be available in standard 120 mm and 140 mm sizes and both in black and white color options, support daisy-chaining and control through a single HY2.0 cable, have D-RGB with infinity mirror hub, and screw cover plates. The Glacier One M25 G2 AIO also gets the D-RGB lightning with infinity mirror hub, features a large copper base and fin array, and has a 60 mm fan inside the AIO cap for additional cooling for the motherboard. The part of the NEXLINQ ecosystem also includes the PolarST4 standard air cooler, in case you do not want to go with the AIO solution. It gets an 120M25 G2 fan, fits any motherboard without RAM issues, and also gets top RGB cover.

The NEXLINQ Hub will be the controller that binds them all together as a centralized hub for D-RGB and fan control. It features the HY2.0 connectors that allow both power and D-RGB lighting for fans via a single cable, and uses NQXLINQ software to control all those components.

The NEXLINQ should be available soon and M25 G2 Fans will be available in a single pack 120/140 mm option priced at $10.99/€10.90 and 3-pack option priced at $29.99/€29.90. The Glacier One 360M25 G2 AIO cooler will go for $129.99/€129.90, while the NEXLINQ Controller Hub comes with a $29.99/€29.90 price tag. The PolarST4 CPU air cooler will come at a later date with a target price of $29.99/€29.90.

Phanteks also unveiled the new Glacier EZ-Fit line of liquid cooling components that include CPU and GPU radiators, pump, tubing, and fittings, and will also be available as a full kit with all the bells and whistles. The list of components includes the EZ-Fit 360 GPU radiator, EZ-Fit 450 CPU CPU block, EZ-Fit 140RES-D5 Reservoir with D5 Pump, as well as various soft and hard tubes, fittings and tools. Phanteks will also offer it in kits, as a Glacier EZ-Fit 360 SOFT-KIT, priced at $399.99/€399.90, and Glacier EZ-Fit 360 D30-KIT, which also comes with D30 fans.

Phanteks was keen to also showcase its new T30-140 140 mm fan prototype that features a high quality 3-phase motor with DUAL VAPO bearings, blades and frame made from glass fiber reinforced with LCP (Liquid-Crystal Polymer), magnetic levitation technology, increased fan thickness, and 0.5 mm blade tip clearance. Phanteks claims the T30-140 could be the fan that can fit all scenarios, including high-performance cooling, silent performance, as well as industrial-grade cooling, and fit radiators, heatsinks and cases. It will support daisy-chain cable design, and have PWM extension cable. It does sound pretty impressive on paper, but we'll wait to see it in action, hopefully pretty soon.

Those "EZ-FIT" fittings look like upscaled versions of what is used as bowden tube couplers in 3D printing... stuff of nightmares.

Oh good, yet another "standard" for daisy-chaining fans. Wonder when these companies will get the memo that something has to be shared to be a useful standard.

I don't see why it's bad for a company to make cabling easier. Every company is using different connectors now so it won't be possible to have them all conform to a standard at this point.
