Honestly, not trying to shill. I have had several NUCs specifically from Intel and some from simplyNUC. They are a good company, and frankly the NUC line is so powerful for what you get feature wise. They work super well and with an external GPU they handle so much. The old bigger ones (think 12th gen) that you could throw a dual slot GPU in were such a good option for power in a tiny space. The only knock is pricing, it can get pretty steep, but unlike alternative SBCs save for maybe latte panda, the support from Intel and simplyNUC themselves is just outstanding when it comes to drivers etc.

If I didnt have a need for the power I have I would get one to use as a primary machine (and have with the skull canyon ones!) no regrets.
