Beelink brings innovation and standout features with the GTi12 Ultra mini-PC and EX Dock. Performance is top-notch, and the EX Dock offers the added advantage of using a desktop graphics card, allowing it to deliver its full potential thanks to a dedicated PCIe connection leagues better than any USB4 or Thunderbolt-based eGPU solution.

On the "A Closer Look" Page, the picture don't actually show the side with the PCIe slot, it just shows the bla k side twice....never-ending, realize it's on the bottom

For the Thumbs Up section, this is overstated/inaccurate:
  • EX Dock offers far greater performance than other eGPU options
TB/USB4 has latency and throughput issues as shown in this review but Oculink doesn't, though it's only PCIe 4.0 x4 vs the x8 here. Without an Oculink test at TPU, maybe a more accurate Thumbs Up might be:
  • EX Dock offers far greater performance than some other eGPU options

@crazyeyesreaper I may be blind as f*** as I went through your review but how did you test USB4? Did you have another eGPU with USB4? If so, what is it?

EDIT: Nevermind, I found it: AKiTiO Node Titan USB4 eGPU enclosure

I hope this catches on and become a standard. I can see myself getting one in the future.

All good, but I use the same eGPU enclosure to test for USB 4 functionality on all Mini-PCs as USB 4 is not 100% guaranteed to offer the ability to utilize an eGPU.

Performance is... decent. But what's with the ancient Intel CPU, no TSMC 3nm Lunar Lake/Arrow Lake or whatever?
