An ordinary hard drive dock can only support reading data from one drive at most. If you want to access data from two hard drives simultaneously, you'll need to bridge them through your computer's system or unplug and reinsert them, which is relatively inconvenient. The ORICO drive dock supports simultaneous data reading from two drives with different prototypes.
