The G.SKILL WigiDash is a touch screen accessory for PC users, allowing you to not only monitor your hardware and real-time performance with the likes of AIDA64 and HWInfo, but also allows for widgets to control functions from volume/media playback to Twitch chat or even Spotify.

I don't know how useful this can actually be, but it's a cute idea, I like it.

There was definitely potential with the hardware, although the software seems to be the bottleneck as usual with such devices.
are the widgets limited to what they put in their control panel or could someone potentially program their own?

You can make your own, I've mentioned the SDK resources in the article and there is a Discord server for Elmor's lab where some people may be willing to help too.

There seems to be an error with the price you quoted ($30). The Amazon store page shows $129.99, the lowest price I found here in central Europe is 168 euro, Amazon in Germany lists it for 151 euro.
It is an interesting product, although I only care about Aida64 integration, in which it fails for me because it is limited to a single machine at a time. For a single computer it's great, avoids all of the annoyances of HDMI connected screens.

Well, damn. With 30EUR, I'd get one sooner or later. I guess I'll stay with the oldschool second monitor way then. :D

Ugh it is $130, I made a mistake when correcting something else. Thanks for reminding me, I've fixed it.

Haha I am not expecting anyone to release a product of this feature set for $30 :D

130?? I'd just buy a secondary monitor for that much.
Sure, if you have the real estate and money then that's the way to go. This is more for someone who prefers a smaller display or only has the room for one, while also using the touch screen for some controls at their disposal.

I have one, and I like it. The problem is that there is not much support, it is not really easy to tinker with(not intuitive, for the hardcore crowd) and you have to have aida 64 to get those really cool looking pages as posted above. AIDA 64 crashes my system, and has consistently crashed my previous systems. So if you have an issue with AIDA 64, your a bit gimped.

For general use the Stream Deck software has more utility but for power users and hardware enthusiasts this is probably the way to go.
