I can't remember ever seeing a great Ventus. Even amongst the lower rung cards between every manufacturer, the Ventus cooler usually fared badly.

4070ti Ventus did fairly well at 30dB. 5070ti with 40dB (TPU) just does not sound right. But yeah, maybe they messed that one up bad.

There is nothing benefitial or rewarding about the 5000 series, even I was still on a 3080_12gb, this would still be a hard pass. I dont know where TPU are getting the 30% from when every other outlet is reporting lower numbers.

It is an exception because it probably has a repurposed 3070/Ti cooler and it performs very well, it seems to have been a lucky catch
