LM TEK's history is weird... "Previous company name: S-P DESIGN, oblikovanje in izdelava modnih dodatkov, d.o.o.", some company with €7500 capital before rename, with only a single business code assigned at the time: design, arranging, decoration services.

Is the old management still there or they have been given a boot? Else we have another KTM style situation on hand.

Sounds like they've just spun off the customer-facing and marketing portion of the business so they're very likely still there.

I bet this transition will help in some undisclosed way, but takeover from a straw company certainly won't help with any of the above-mentioned areas.

so back to their usual practices.
throwing in another dummy corporation so they can move money around.
This is exactly how they got in trouble the last time. Seriously avoid the brand already.

I'd be suspicious or at least cautious given LM TEK has zero history and the very little the company has is not relevant. What's going on here?

Well......ok shady, risky whatever.....but at the end of the day I am not going to spend time thinking over buying a damn waterblock if it suits me......I am not buying a house neither a 100,000 Euros car.
That and there are alternatives int he market........

There should be no noticeable change for new and existing customers purchasing through EK Shop and we'll still continue to deliver and support both new and existing products as standard.

We've assigned additional resources to shipping, the last two weeks we've shipped out hundreds of customer orders. We're all working hard to get back up to speed and clear any outstanding orders that are delayed waiting on a restock. We really appreciate the patience and support from the community, couldn't do it without them giving us the chance to make it right.

If you like the product and it's in stock why not. I tend to buy of resellers that have stock but I'll say this any time I've bought from EKWB own store I didn't have any issues but this was before the drama. I'm not a fan of the blocks but I still love there fittings.
