Hey all - I have my 4090 Strix under a waterblock and all is well. However, I was handling the cooler the other day and managed to get the RGB connector snagged on my fleece jacket without noticing and pulled the connector off of the RGB cable. The issue I am having is that I do not know the pinout and its not super obvious by the positioning of the wires. I can crimp the pins back on without issue, just need a pinout or photo (preferably) of the same connector. Anyone with a waterblock on a 4090 Strix will probably still have their cooler kicking around, and if not, if someone would be so kind as to post the pinout/photo I would be very grateful. I've attached a photo of what I am dealing dealing with. Thanks!

I took the cooler apart further and have identified the individual wires and their purpose - I just need to identify where they go within the connector which plugs into SCON1 on the 4090 Strix PCB. We've got (-, gnd), DI, and +5V. So, just need to sort those out in the connector positions. Anyone know?

Wires are, as long as you don't tamper with them too much, pretty resilient in maintaining their shape. If I had to guess I would say the wires go into the connection in the order they appear on the photograph. However, you should verify this with a continuity tester (or a DMM in resistance mode) first.
Ground (-) should be the pin that is isolated from the others. Digital (DI) should be the center-most pin, and +5V should be the pin adjacent to Digital.

Get a multi meter, gnd should test as gnd on the coolers rgb strip. Sometimes the rgb strips have markings on them for -/+/DI

Though i would be tempted to try this if it was mine
