Yes, currently benching it.
The card works like a charm, only the memory gets hot (80C, maybe 82, forgot already
) but only in furmark. I'd love to keep it but I'm afraid it may have been damaged in transport or something..I'm not sure I understand.. If you mean the screw was tightened too much I'm not sure it's possible unless someone messed with it.. The top of backplate looks like this in mine:

Yeah MSI support will always try to gaslight or decline you first, if that doesn't work they pass you to tier 2 - which is really where the ticket begins.Thanks for help, everyone.
