Plextor has widened its portfolio with the recent launch of its new range of external hard disk drives: PX-PH120US, PX-PH160US and PX-PH250US. The digits in these product models refer to the disk capacity in gigabytes - 120GB, 160GB and 250GB respectively. All external storage devices measure 81 (W) x 130 (D) x 17 (H) mm, spin at 5400rpm and have 8MB buffer. They connect through a USB 2.0/1.1 interface or from an eSATA (external Serial ATA) connection. The hard disk drives are covered by Plextor's well known Fast Warranty Service: (2-year warranty in the EU, Norway and Switzerland; other countries 1-year carry-in. They will be available from the end of November 2007 at Plextor's network of dealers.
