You will find some very interesting memory products at this booth. They have a 16GB DDR2 800 MHz CL5 kit up and running. It consists of four 4GB, double-sided DIMMs. They already showed a 667 MHz kit at CeBIT, which is already shipping. There is also a DDR3 2000 MHz CL8 pair as well. The memory only requires 1.85V to achieve the rated speed and comes with more elaborate heatspreaders as the DDR2 variants. Winchip is known for offering these spreaders in multiple colors, in this case silver, blue and black. They are also presenting their Compact Flash to IDE or SATA adapters, with which you may create your own SSD drives.
