7700XT: memory/VRAM clock reduction?

Title, is there any way to reduce memory clock on a 7700XT / RDNA3 AMD GPU (ideally without vBIOS).

I want to try ~60% of the stock clock, so going down from 2250Mhz to ~1500Mhz, lower is fine too

Have you tried MSI Afterburner? Why you want to clock it that low though?
