All the major players in the grapic card business say that they can offer HDMI-HDCP ready hardware, but are waiting for the market to be ready. But as of late, ATI has come under fire for labeling their products HDCP-ready already, while they really are not, as they lack the chip to use the encoded signal. So it seems that ATI wants to show us, that they do have hardware ready. No specs are given, no price either, just pictures:
