Call me lazy but can anyone give me the quick and dirty details of max Core / SoC voltage, clocks and temperature since these 9000 X3Ds are now overclockable.

Thanks.

I'm doing 5.575 GHz on 1.24 V. Temps are fine under 60.

I can run at 5.6 ghz at 1.26v - aircooled so temps get spicy @90C... 5.45 with PBO offset is much cooler.

My chip is actually unstable at 6000 1:1 - it will hard lock in POE2, but is rock stable at 2200 FCLK 6600 with 1:2 ram divider o_O

I assume nothing is different with the SoC?

That would be cool if I was able to do 6600 1:1.

I am mostly looking for core voltage so I dont kill the CPU lol.

Seems like SoC and IMC are the same as the none-x3d

For me I find the max the socket will allow the CPU to have with PBO enabled, that means running heavy shit. When you figure out how much power you can use, set your curve to that with boost override maxed. Then do it again to see if it uses moar power, then set your limit to that and do it again.

Different people will give you different ways to test for stability, but this setup has been stable for like 4 years running like this.

@freeagent I'm just going to set a fix frequency and voltage for the test bench. No PBO for me :)

Anyways thanks everyone for the replies. I'll stick with 1.25v for now

Well.. in that case.. I would go until it reboots pretty much..

Edit:

Just like old Intel..
