On idle it report GPU Chip Power is 0.0W (with an active desktop display...) , with PWR_SRC voltage is 20V, PWR_SRC power is 18W

Under load, PyTorch inference:

Is the Power sensor broken or something ? Why PWR_SRC voltage is at 20V when idle lol
