Update your laptop bios from the acer website if available use your part number/model number/serial number/service number.

Use an OC utility, the bios are not separate in todays mobiles and flashing an incompatible bios bricks them, so it's not worth making your mobile an expensive paperweight.

This applies to all mobiles today.

I would go against flashing to others VBIOS unless it's the same laptop VBIOS but different power limit. From my own experience flashing RTX 3050 VBIOS to raise limit, yes you can but there is other consideration like chip revisions, and even if the revision the same, the power sensor somehow thinks its way over the VBIOS limit (I get like thousands of watt of power thus the GPU runs on 2D clock all the time). I would suggest just use MSI Afterburner and reduce voltage and overclock there.
