alien fx doesn't recognize my rgb keyboard dell g15 5515

I need help. I have a Dell G15 5515, Ryzen 5 5600H version, which since I bought it I have never been able to use the RGB keyboard that it is supposed to have. I have only been able to use the default orange keyboard, but I have seen that it can be customized, but the problem is that the Alienware Command Center does not recognize my Alien FX and without it I cannot change the color. If anyone has a way to fix this error, I would really appreciate it.
