AMD Aorus 6700XT NO BIOS IN GPU-Z

I have a Gigabyte Aorus RX6700XT Elete and there is no bios found in GPU-z Tool.
Model GV-R67XTAORUS E-12GD

When I try and update the BIOS using AMDVBFLASH I get an error:

Using CDM-ADMIN MODE I get:

The bios I am trying to us is the one on TPU, 6700xtGigabyteOriginalAorusNavi 22

Did you check the gpu driver in CCC first?

How about hwinfo64/AIDA64?

You will need to remove the heatsink to get a ram chip picture, so we can get you correct bios, as cards can have Micron, Samsung, Hynix chips.

There are 2 elite bios in the database but we need to know what ram is specifically on the card as the bios files are not inclusive like the RX 5000 or RX 500 series.

No wonder your gpu is failing, you are trying to use a Reference 1st party bios from AMD on a Add In Board 3rd Party design by Gigabyte.

Here is the latest bios for your card.

Basically you managed to put a micron bios on that card.

But here is the latest bios for your specific series

Sorry to say the card still wont let me flash the bios. It keeps saying cant read bios.
On the -t switch it fails
the -PN switch sees the board
but every -switch it wont read the rom
I tried all the switches in the help section of amdvbflash
running under the Admin in CMD "amdvbflash -f 0 6700xt.rom" fails to read rom same error code

Could the vbios be corrupted?
Is there a place I can send it in to get fixed?

Things i did to try and get this flashed

slotted the gpu in the system
DDU the drivers
Ran CMD as admin
ran AMDVBFlashDriverInstaller.exe "i" installs
ran -I sees the card @ 0 but rom test fail
ran -unlockedrom 0, says unlocked rom
ran "amdvbflash -p -fa -fp 0 6700xt.rom" runs the script then it fails

Is there something i am missing?
