@Malek You cannot upgrade ram on cards, whoever told you that doesn't know their rear from a hole in the ground.

@Malek I asked for you to take clear pictures of the White stickers on the back of the card, plus take the heatsink off and provide a ram chip picture too, and whatdoyoudo, you do the oppossite.

If I remember correctly, there were some early 4GB RX480s that actually had 8GB and could be flashed with a different BIOS which would enable all of the memory.
Man of course Im trying to get help, sorry if I don't understand what you ask, because my native language is spanish. I will remove the picture and upgrade with those you ask, less the ram chip because I don't have here tools to open the chase(and I am afraid to do something wrong while opening)

Ok get tools needed to take the heatsink off, they are philips screws. I need to know the specific ram chip on the card to find correct bios, your info is pretty limited due to missing P/N label
