Is there any super duper computer hardware genius out there who has been able to make AMD Radeon RX 7600 graphics cards work on Windows 7 - 64 bit?

You could try running Windows 7 in a VMware Workstation. It's supposed to allow DirectX acceleration to the VM guest but I've not tried it yet.
