Is there any super duper computer hardware genius out there who has been able to make AMD Radeon RX 7600 graphics cards work on Windows 7 - 64 bit?

Thanks in Advance.

You could try running Windows 7 in a VMware Workstation. It's supposed to allow DirectX acceleration to the VM guest but I've not tried it yet. (still on my to do list)

(edit)

I decided to try it. Can't say you should do this but if you don't have other good options it may be worth a try considering VMWare Workstation is free now. You may have to choose a particular compatibility level when setting up the VM for Windows 7.

Below I was able to run Nier Automata (DirectX 11) in 720p medium settings in my 8 core Windows 10 virtual machine. My host machine has 7950x and an old AMD RX 5700 so in theory a different AMD card might work. I can say it was playable but not necessarily the best experience as if on native hardware. YMMV widely per game. For example Horizon Zero Dawn (DirectX 12) would not run at all.

I don't have a Windows 7 or suitable game to test outside Steam. Good luck.
